Seasonal Yoga and Qigong
Seasonal Yoga is a unique fusion of Yoga and Qigong, harmonising the ancient Indian tradition of Hatha Yoga with the Chinese Five Elements system. Rooted in the rhythms of nature, Seasonal Yoga aligns the body and mind with the natural cycles of the year—Spring, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn, and Winter—each associated with specific elements, organs, and emotional energies.

In each class, students are guided through a thoughtful combination of yoga postures, qigong movements, breathing techniques (pranayama), and deep relaxation practices. These elements are tailored to support and balance the energetic qualities of the current season, helping to build vitality, resilience, and inner harmony.

Whether you're seeking to increase energy in the vibrant months of Spring or cultivate stillness and reflection in Winter, Seasonal Yoga offers a holistic approach to well-being—inviting you to move in rhythm with nature and your own inner cycles.

Over the course of six sessions, we will:
