Welcome to Yoga with Joni at Carrick Castle Estate on
Saturday 29th March between 10am and 5pm.
Come and spend the day at this 5*Star luxury location nestled beside Loch Goil in Carrick Castle. 
Arrival time is 9:45am to meet other guests and receive a welcome smoothie.
A Seasonal Yoga and Qigong session will begin at 10am ending at 12pm. Between 12pm and 3pm you will have time to relax and enjoy the Spa.
Lunch will be served at the Lodge at 1pm.
The day will conclude with a Seasonal Yin class at 3pm with closing circle at 4:30pm finishing at 5pm. 

Exchange is £95. Booking is essential.
All dietary requirements will be catered for.
